The Studio is just behind the Fox on the Hill pub through some gates, it sits back from the road amongst trees.
Trains If you wish to travel by train to Denmark Hill Overground Station you’ll find we are an 8 minute walk up the hill (down on the way back).
Buses are plentiful, either to Denmark Hill Station (176, 185, 40 or 484) or the 68, 468 or 42 drop off outside the Fox on the Hill pub. Walk around in front of the pub, turn right onto Champion Hill and we’re the second entrance along on the right.
Parking. As we are conveniently placed close to Kings College Hospital parking can be a bit of a challenge during weekdays as they operate controlled parking in the area between 12.00 midday and 2.00 pm. You can park in the pub car park any time for 2½ hours for free. Our suggestion to those of you who want to drive here for sessions around lunchtime is to park initially in the pub car park and then, during a break, move the car to Ferndene Road above Ruskin Park at 2.00 pm. You can of course just pay for parking but this seems to go against the creative spirit!
Parking is free in the pub car park on Saturdays and after 6.00pm weekdays.
Walking. For those of us who walk as part as a healthy life style our elevated position offers a bracing walk up from Camberwell or East Dulwich.
