Thursday evenings during August 7.30-9.30pm
Old school life drawing, short poses, scratchy charcoal, sweet tea in the break but no tutor strutting around telling you that ‘the head is too big’.
Just for the summer we are running these drop-ins on Thursday. Just turn up at 7.30pm prompt and you’ll be made welcome, we’ll have a professional model and a range of poses from short – about a minute, through three and five minutes and ending with ten minute poses. The session is untutored leaving you to get on with what you want to do but if you want advice just ask one of the organisers.
Our studio is a good size and well equipped with professional lighting. We have easels, drawing boards, clips and so on and paper to buy at below high street prices, eg. A1 110gsm cartridge 20p per sheet. We have charcoal stubs available and new sticks cost 50p. You can of course bring your own kit.
The venue is our studio at 4a Champion Hill, London, SE5 8AH
